"My ex wife was withholding my son due to supposed COVID exposure fears just trying to be spiteful. I needed to file a motion and when I went to county site to file i was confused and didn’t want to make a mistake. I came across a blog on Mark’s website and knew I had to have him help me with the court filing. I called and he was patient and explained the process with my type of circumstance. I didn’t have all the money at the time but he didn’t pressure me. When it came time, he was very prompt with drafting up the motion and all related paperwork to be filed. I also really liked the level of detail put into writing of the motion. He drafted and filed everything on a Sunday, and once accepted by the family court, he filed the ex parte motion for Order Shortening Time.
He’s patient, prompt, and pays very close attention to detail. Give him a shot and you won’t be disappointed."

"My husband has had primary physical custody of his 12 year old daughter for over 10 years. At the end of Thanksgiving visitation in California with the mother (NCP) she refused to return my step-daughter to Las Vegas.
In a state of panic, my husband and I called several law firms and paralegals. It seemed like they were more interested in how much we could pay for a retainer before even discussing the case.
Then my husband called Mark at Pro Se Pros. He has been such a blessing. He gave us hope and was truly concerned about our family. He quickly drafted every document needed and gave us detailed instructions on how to file.
